ELABORATION: Cold grape maceration during 6 hours and fermentation at 16oC in stainless steel tanks.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 12% Vol.
TASTING NOTES
Visual: A pale yellow wine with greenish reflections that corresponds to a young wine with a very significant clarity and transparency. Very clear without any defect.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity reminiscent of a white fruit with a mixture of citrus and tropical.
Palate: Soft punch with a marked acidity that makes it a very easy wine to drink even for appetizer.
